Space and cleaness of the room. But I wish they had a microwave and that the fold out couch was much bigger, like a queen size instead. Plus, the inside pool was wonderful. Having a non-smoking room with a cute city view.

I appreciated the free parking and the friendliness of the staff. The rooms seemed pretty clean aside from hating the carpet and thinking it needed a vacuum.

I absolutely love how friendly the staff were. I was a front desk lead at a 5 star hotel for over 3 years and I know first hand how to spot out things. I was blown away by their courtesy and outstanding customer service. My check in was a breeze. I was greeted as soon as I stepped in and that was every time I walked passed their front desk. The two guys who checked me in engaged in conversation as far as were I was from and what brought me into town to visit. My checkout was quick and easy as well. It was also one lady who worked 2nd shift Saturday at the front desk was just the sweetest ever. I would most definitely be staying there again.

This is a long post... When I made this reservation, I put in a silly request for a Jurassic Park picture that told my 4 year old happy birthday. When we arrived after 12 hours of driving, there was a picture on the outside of our door of a Jurassic Park dinosaur and a Happy Birthday message. Inside, there were gift bags full of goodies and a birthday card from the staff! We were blown away at the time that was actually taken to make my son's birthday special! That absolutely made our entire trip! The room was wonderful and the people we great, but it was the above and beyond that sold us on Marriot forever!

The hotel was located in the suburbs of St. Louis near the interstate. It was a great location for us. The bed and shower were nice. The staff was great.

All of the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything from the entrance to the elevators to the rooms were very clean. The location was great for our needs.

It was quiet and peaceful. When the faucet in the bathroom exploded we had a mess. Luckily my husband was able to turn off the water so we avoided major flooding. Though a maintenance man did not come for 2 hrs so we were not able to use the sink. When he came he was very friendly and resolved the issue. We had to ask for more towels (we used all of the towels for cleaning up the water) and the room was not cleaned (granted we didn’t ask for the bathroom to be cleaned-we just assumed it would be because of the mess. We did receive a free night and complimentary coffee.
